Sustainable peace can only be achieved when diverse stakeholders work together to address the root causes of conflict and build trust across divides. This training equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to design and implement collaborative peacebuilding strategies that promote dialogue, inclusion, and long-term stability. The participants will be able to analyse, manage, and transform conflicts constructively in a collaborative manner while promoting sustainable peace.
Key areas of focus include:
⦁ Understanding the roots, dynamics, and drivers of conflict
⦁ Approaches to conflict transformation and peacebuilding frameworks
⦁ Frameworks for collaborative conflict transformation and ending violence
⦁ Mediation, negotiation, and dialogue facilitation techniques
⦁ Community-led peace initiatives and inclusive participation
⦁ Linking peacebuilding with humanitarian and development programming

Tailored for professionals, civil society actors, policymakers, and community leaders, this training emphasizes practical strategies and case-based learning to build capacities for fostering resilience, reconciliation, and lasting peace.
