IRL’s Leadership in Crisis Training equips humanitarian managers with the skills to lead effectively in high-pressure, uncertain, and rapidly changing environments. The program focuses on strengthening decision-making, team resilience, and coordination capacities during emergencies, while ensuring accountability and ethical leadership. Participants will learn how to manage stress, communicate under pressure, and maintain team morale, while balancing immediate humanitarian needs with longer-term recovery and resilience objectives. The training also emphasizes inclusive leadership, conflict-sensitive approaches, and safeguarding principles to ensure that humanitarian action remains people-centered and principled.
