⦁ Manzoor Ahmed brings deep expertise in policy development, institutional strengthening, and compliance frameworks, gained through senior leadership roles in Pakistan, Yemen, and Afghanistan with organisations such as Oxfam, Islamic Relief, Search for Common Ground, and Global Communities. He has led the design and implementation of robust compliance systems and institutional policies that improved organisational performance and donor confidence.
⦁ Arif Jabbar Khan offers extensive leadership experience in the humanitarian and development sectors, including serving in senior country and regional management roles with international organisations. His expertise spans governance systems, organisational strategy, compliance oversight, and large-scale programme management. With a proven record of guiding organisations through complex regulatory environments, he provides valuable strategic oversight to ensure that compliance frameworks are not only aligned with external requirements but also strengthen internal governance and accountability.
