This program is facilitated by Dr Manzoor Ahmed, a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Pakistan, Yemen, and Afghanistan. Manzoor has successfully led program development, fundraising, and large-scale donor engagement processes with organisations such as Oxfam, Search for Common Ground, Global Communities, and Islamic Relief. With advanced training and hands-on expertise in Participatory Planning, Program Cycle Management (PCM), and Results-Based Management (RBM), he has guided teams and organisations in designing impactful, donor-winning proposals and building long-term partnerships.
